Peaceful Retreat Steps from Emerald Waters in Florida

Our delightful condo is part of a gated resort community by the beach. Pier Park shopping is less than 3 miles away. Our place is 13 miles from the Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP). This is a ground level condo that is part of a building with three other ground-level units attached. The unit is one level with its own entrance. There is a desk in the living room and a dining table, along with Wi-Fi, to make working on your laptop convenient. We know how important a great night's sleep is so you'll find a comfortable king mattress in the bedroom, queen memory foam mattress in the sleeper sofa, bed linens, ample pillows, and additional blankets available should you need them. Please note: There is no washer & dryer inside the unit. Coin / credit card laundry is in the green building on Dolphin Lane on our resort property. No parties or gatherings, please. This space is meant for a max of four people. You'll find a list of local favorites in our guidebook here, along with our house rules. ✔️ We have a strict no smoking policy inside the home. ✔️ Absolutely no parties or gatherings. ✔️ All guests are required to wear armbands while on the property and park with parking passes. The armbands are $20 for each individual guest who is 5 years and older. Each parking pass is $25 per vehicle. Both passes can be purchased at the main office by the pools. This one-time fee is good for your entire stay. These precautions are to keep you and the resort guests safe. ✔️ Maximum Occupancy: 4 guests. We ask that you kindly respect our maximum occupancy requirement. Please send us a message and we will update your reservation. The number of guests includes adults and children (not infants). ✔️ This is a pet-free home, specifically because Horizon South doesn’t allow short-term guests to have pets. Any pets found on or about the property will be grounds for eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments, and guest can be charged an incidental fee by Horizon South. ✔️ Horizon South does not allow guests to park golf carts on the property. If you rent one for the day you can’t park it here on the property. ✔️ Service animals must be disclosed at the time of booking. ✔️ Quiet Hours between 11pm and 7am. No loud parties. ✔️ Recreation areas (pools, hot tub, tennis court / pickleball, basketball courts, mini golf course, etc) are open from 9am to 11pm, daily. Any activity outside of the open hours will be considered a violation of quiet hours. If Horizon South is fixing outdoor recreation lighting, hours are from 9am to Sundown. ✔️ Check-in is any time after 3pm and check-out by 10am. While we try to go above and beyond to accommodate our guests, we cannot offer early check-ins or late departures. This is to allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure your home is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay. ✔️ We understand that accidents happen. If you break or damage something, please let us know as soon as possible so we can arrange for its replacement or repair. ✔️ Must be 21 or older to rent this home. ✔️ This property is in a tropical & humid location. There are geckos and frogs outside, and occasionally inside if the door is left open. ✔️ There is no lifeguard on duty at the pools at any time. Swim at your own risk. ✔️ No fires on our public beaches. ✔️ Florida requires specific taxes to be collected for short-term stays. This is a total of 13% and is broken down as follows: Florida Department of Revenue 7% Bay County Tourist Tax 5% City of PCB Fee for transient rentals 1%

Armbands have to be worn when you are exploring the Horizon South property and specifically in the pools. The price of armbands is $20 per person 5 years and older. You must purchase armbands at the office to use the pool and other amenities. The armband is good for your entire stay. You must get your $25 parking passes from the office and display in your vehicles. There is a beach wagon for you to use that includes beach chairs, Igloo cooler, umbrella, and beach towels. There is also a bucket of kid beach tools. Mini golf clubs, pickleball paddles, frisbee, football, horseshoes, shuffleboard sticks, and tennis racquets are in the unit (outside in the patio box) for you to use for the outdoor games on the property.
